Two paths to start, depending on how much clarity you have.

  1. Discovery call (30 min, free)

    We talk through your stack, team shape, and what you're trying to ship. Honest answer: do you need us, or not.

  2. Diagnostic Sprint (2 weeks, optional)

    If you want a defensible roadmap before committing, a senior architect plus a senior engineer audit the codebase, infra, and team. Written report on what's broken, what to fix first, and the budget required.

  3. Squad proposal (within 7 days)

    Custom team shape, fixed monthly fee, sample backlog for week 1. You can interview the engineers before signing.

  4. First sprint (week 1 of engagement)

    Full integration with your team. Daily standup, sprint planning, code review, on-call rotation if applicable. First production PR by week 2.
